General information

Tempus is a programme of the European Commission managed by DG Education and Culture.

The Tempus programme funds projects between the higher educational sector in EU Member States and partner countries to enable mutual learning between regions and people.

Tempus projects focus on three levels of cooperation: institutional, structural and individual.

The current, 4th phase of the programme is directed towards the partner countries of: 
Eastern Europe, the Caucas, Central Asia, Western Balkans, North Africa and Middle East.

Poland - as a European Union country can participate in all types of projects playing an expert role.
